Myofascial Release
Ever heard of Fascia? Doesn’t matter. It’s heard of you. Unlike any bodywork you’ve experienced, this stuff gets to the core of it all. Mostly gentle, but constant pressure, including pelvic balancing, traction, and long holds. Can release old injuries, traumas, and emotions. Traditional John Barnes method.

Classic Swedish
Oldie but a goodie. Great for relaxation, sore muscles, and destressing the mind and body. Full body or a focus on certain areas. Light to medium pressure applied, with oil or lotion.
Assisted Stretch
Who likes stretching, anyway? Let me do all the work (okay, maybe not ALL the work) and you can relax while getting those limbs and muscles limber and flexible. I used two types of stretches: PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation…fhew) and Fascial stretching.
